Clearview Construction Group makes a unified commitment to provide all General Contractor and Construction Management services in such as way to insure efficiency, maximize quality and value, and secure a client’s confidence. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager, CCG will maintain a spirit of partnership and communication between the Owner, Architect, Consultants and Subcontractors.
pre-construction phase
As required, CCG works as a partner with the design team and Owner during the Pre-Construction Phase. Economic value analysis, which includes cost estimating, value engineering and constructability reviews, will provide the greatest savings to the owner during the design stages of a project when major cost, value and quality decisions are being made.
project management
Quality assurance and control is one of the CCG’s strong points. The company’s project personnel will all have field and office training necessary to effectively manage a project’s schedule, cost, quality and safety.
Job Cost Management is one of Clearview Construction Group's strong points, as well. Jelina Petzinger, owner, has been providing job cost accounting consulting for many contractors for the past 3 years. CCG understands the importance of good initial estimating and accurate cost and productivity tracking against that estimate. They use this data to improve estimating and productivity on future projects.
Schedule Control is another very important skill the team at CCG has. Critical Path Management Scheduling is essential to reaching the goals set for a project and ensuring a smooth operating project—one that will finish on time and on budget.
Communication, Organization and Paperwork Control are all an important part of successful project management. Each project office is set up beforehand in a proven, standard organized format. You can find exactly the same setup in each project office with specific areas for project manuals, plans and specifications, change requests and change orders, request for information books, safety information, subcontractor information, etc. Daily logs are maintained and distributed to the management team on a weekly basis. All of this information is available to the Owner and Architect.

CCG prides itself in quick and successful close-outs by their level of organization during the project management phase and by maintaining the paperwork and documents necessary for close-out.
